1 · Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Wu‑Tang Name Generator (the "Service", located at https://www.wutangname.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all provisions, please discontinue use immediately.

Wu‑Tang Name Generator is an open‑source, fan‑made web application built with Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Radix UI. It allows you to:

3 · Eligibility & Accounts
The Service is intended for individuals aged 13 or older. Most features require no registration. Creating an optional account (OAuth/email) unlocks name‑history sync and a favorites list. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
4 · Permitted Uses
You agree to:
- Use generated names for personal, non‑commercial entertainment.
- Attribute the Service with a link if you repost the shareable card elsewhere.
- Respect hip‑hop culture and avoid hateful or defamatory content.
- Refrain from:
- Reverse‑engineering algorithms, scraping databases, or automating > 50 requests /minute.
- Selling generated names or cards without written consent.
5 · Generated Content Ownership
Your Rights. You own the names and cards you create.
Our License. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display your generated content in the public Gallery and promotional materials. You may revoke this viaSettings → Delete Name.
6 · Intellectual Property
All "Wu‑Tang Clan" trademarks belong to their respective owners. We claim no endorsement.Site code, algorithms, UI design, and original artwork are copyright © 2025 Shaolin Web Labs LLC.
7 · Privacy & Data
We store no sensitive personal identifiers for anonymous users. Logged‑in users' e‑mails are salted & hashed. Real‑time generation logs are retained ≤ 24 h for abuse detection. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
8 · Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of a generated name or card, except where prohibited.
9 · Dispute Resolution
- Informal First. Please contact us within 30 days of any claim.
- Binding Arbitration. Unresolved disputes will be settled by the AAA in New York County.
- Opt‑Out. Contact us within 30 days of first acceptance to avoid arbitration.
10 · Changes to These Terms
Material updates will be announced on our Blog at least 7 days prior to enforcement. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
